Every question goes to the same place
BuzzCast keeps support simple: one email address, [email protected], read by people on our team. Use it for account trouble, a purchase that did not arrive, a report you want to follow up, a privacy request or deleting your account.
Many everyday problems, like a black camera or a live room that will not load, have quick fixes you can try in a minute. The help center collects them, so it is worth a glance before writing.

How to tell a real message from us
Real BuzzCast support only writes from an address ending in @buzzcast.cam, and only after you have contacted us or about a report you filed. Nobody on the team will request passwords, sign-in codes, gift cards, crypto or wire transfers, and we never message you in a live room pretending to be staff.
We also cannot help with accounts on other apps that use a similar name; anything set up on buzzcast.cam is handled here, and only here. Who we are is explained on the about page.
Got a message claiming to be BuzzCast staff that asks for your password? It is fake. Report it and do not reply.
