Terms of Service

01 Joining BuzzCast

• Members must be at least 18, and the local law where they live must permit this kind of service.
• One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else or sell access to your account.
• Activity on an account is the owner's responsibility, so protect any sign-in you link to it.

02 What the service is

On BuzzCast you can follow streaming hosts, type in their room chat, give gifts, and get randomly paired with strangers for private calls. Broadcasting is for hosts only; viewers cannot stream, and the site has no group calls or game rooms. We may adjust features over time.

03 Coins, gifts and VIP

Coins and VIP exist only inside buzzcast.cam. They hold no money value, never transfer elsewhere, and can never recharge a BuzzCast app account or any other app. A gift is final the moment it shows in a room. Charged twice, or paid without receiving coins? Write to us and we will sort it out.

04 Things you agree not to do

• Undress or act sexually on camera, or push sexual messages at anyone.
• Harass, threaten, bully or hate on anyone, host or viewer.
• Record people and post the clip elsewhere without their permission.
• Ask for money, push people to off-site payment, or run scams of any kind.
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to match, comment or collect data.
• Advertise other sites or services in rooms or chats.

05 When we step in

Moderators may delete comments, cut calls, or mute, pause or permanently remove any account breaking these rules or our community guidelines. Serious cases, such as anything involving a minor, are reported to the authorities.

06 The people you meet

Hosts and members are independent people, not our employees. We moderate actively, but we cannot check everyone in advance or promise how any conversation will go. Use your judgment and the block and report buttons.

07 Changes to these terms

When we change something important, the date at the top moves and we flag it on the site. Questions can go to [email protected].
